Haven of Restaurants |

Tomas Morato Avenue, named
after the first appointed mayor of Quezon City, is a long
stretch of restaurants, from first-class bars and restaurants to
regular food chains.
Customers can choose from all
types of cuisine: European, American, Japanese, Italian and, of
course, Filipino.
They could even choose to dine
with piped-in music or live performances.
A total of of 127 restaurants
line the avenue (which spans six barangays or dictricts: Damayang
Lagi, Kamuning, Kristong Hari, Laging Handa, Sacred Heart and South
Triangle).
Among these restaurants are
Alfredo's Steak House, Little Asia, Ratsky's, Formula Bar,
Annabel's, The Red Crab, Starbucks, McDonalds, Don Henrico's,
Dish, Sicilian and a long etc.
"Tomas Morato has always
been a street for restaurants. Because we saw its potential for
tourism, we beautified the area". It was in 2002 when the
street was renovated to create a European-Renaissance ambiance.
The pathways were tiled and
railings were put up to prevent the customers from parking their
cars just anywhere.
